The V-Seal (AC-SP-C-GW-S) is inserted into the V-shaped slot of the main rubber (AC-SP-C-RUB-GW), which
runs around the glass, to secure it — while the old insert rubber might still be usable, it would make sense to replace both parts if you’re going to the trouble.
