The Alu-Cab Adventure Canopy is a robust and versatile aluminium solution for pick-up trucks. Its well-designed construction combines convenient access to the load bed with flexible mounting and organisation options for travel, leisure and professional use.

Two side-opening panels provide generous access to the load area. At the rear, the Adventure Canopy features a narrow rear window and a correspondingly narrow rear door. This leaves additional space beside the rear door for mounting suitable accessories. The safety glass fitted at the front is E-approved.

Integrated T-slots inside the canopy provide flexible mounting options for accessories and customised storage solutions. Two C-channels on the roof, together with the integrated roof rails, create additional mounting points for suitable carrier systems, awnings, transport boxes and other accessories.

Three integrated LED interior lights help illuminate the load area and make it easier to access equipment in poor lighting conditions. The walk-on chequer-plate roof features a slip-resistant surface and provides a stable base for suitable roof-mounted equipment and carrier systems.

The aluminium construction is designed for regular use and is suitable for overlanding, camping, trade applications, transport and everyday use. Waterproof centre hinges, high-quality lever latches and continuous hinges support reliable and practical operation. Depending on the version, the side panels are available with either a smooth or ribbed finish.

The canopy has a starting weight of 52 kg, depending on the vehicle model and configuration. The permitted roof load is up to 200 kg dynamically while driving and up to 400 kg statically when stationary. Vehicle compatibility, weight, configuration and mounting method vary depending on the pick-up model.

Installation note

The Alu-Cab Adventure Canopy is supplied with a suitable vehicle-specific mounting kit. It is attached using the designated mounting points on the load bed, existing rails or the vehicle frame.

For secure installation, the mounting components are designed to connect directly to the load bed. An existing load bed liner may therefore need to be removed or modified around the mounting points.

Before installation, check that the load bed and the vehicle-specific mounting points are freely accessible. Drilling-free installation is possible on suitable vehicles. The actual installation time and required work depend on the vehicle model, the load bed configuration and any fitted accessories.
