Questions

Before you buy.

Can't find the answer? Tell us about your vehicle and we'll help you choose.

Ask a question

Will it fit my vehicle?

Send us your make, model and year and we’ll confirm compatibility before you order.

Can I install it myself?

Most products come with a manual. For tents, canopies and anything load-bearing we recommend our professional installation so mounting and load ratings are checked properly.

How does ordering work?

Add products to your order request and send it — no payment online. We call you to confirm availability, shipping costs and delivery time, then you pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Can I return a product?

Yes — you have 14 days to return unused products in their original packaging. See our Returns page.
